COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

This product must always be cooked before being eaten. Remove the omelette from the packaging and brush with olive oil before heating.

Microwave: Place the omelette under a microwave cover and heat as follows:
- 200 g: heat at full power for 1.5 minutes.
- 500 g: heat at full power for 3 minutes.
- 700 g: heat at full power for 5 minutes.
- 900 and 1000 g: heat at full power for 5 minutes if you prefer a juicier omelette, or 7 minutes if you prefer your omelette to be well-done.

Hob: Place the omelette in a pan, cover it, and heat as follows:
- 200 g: cook each side on a low heat for 2 minutes.
- 500 g: cook each side on a low heat for 2 minutes.
- 700 g: cook each side on a low heat for 2.5 minutes.
- 900 g: cook each side on a low heat for 2.5 minutes.
- 1000 g: cook each side on a low heat for 2.5 minutes.
