Palacios chorizo and avocado salad

Salad is always a great option, and this one boasts a perfect combination of ingredients.

    INGREDIENTS

    • 160 g Palacios chorizo
    • 250 g tomato
    • 1 avocado (sliced)
    • 150 g lettuce
    • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
    • 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar

    PREPARATION

    Lightly fry the Palacios chorizo in a pan until some of the fat is released, then add the tomatoes.

    Then transfer the Palacios chorizo onto a plate lined with a paper napkin, to absorb any remaining grease.

    Mix the avocado, lettuce, olive oil and vinegar in a bowl.

    Transfer the salad onto plates and add the Palacios chorizo and tomatoes you prepared earlier.
