Plant-based Double Burger

INGREDIENTS

  • Hamburger bread
  • 2 Burgers Beef style
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 red onion
  • Arugula
  • Natural mustard
  • Tomato chutney

PREPARATION

Cut the tomato and cucumber into slices (thickness to taste) and reserve.
Separate the rocket in a bowl. Cut the onion. Cook the burgers on a griddle or grill. We can add a touch of pepper, for example. Once cooked to the point that we like, remove to prepare the complete hamburger. Prepare the hamburger bread, we can pass it through the pan or give it a touch in the oven so that it has a crunchier texture.
Add the tomato chutney to the base (amount to taste) and natural mustard on the top.
Once we have the bread prepared, we will add the ingredients to our liking, including some topping between the two burgers.
