COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
This product must always be cooked before being eaten. Remove the frozen omelette from the packaging, place it in a suitable container (make sure you brush the container with a little olive oil beforehand), and heat. Microwave: place the omelette under a microwave cover and heat at full power for 2-3 minutes.
